I am using the smart PSS to view my cameras on my computer. All cameras display fine (36 view) except when I try to expand one of the cameras, I get a gray screen and a FAIL TO OPEN VIDEO error. I have adjusted the stream settings on all the cameras low but I still get the error when trying to expand some of the cameras.
What could be the problem?

sir i have same froblem but i use 2 mgpx camera what resolution spose to be there
best Bitrate is 2048 kbit/s Resolution hight not a problem, frame20, and iframe 50 and 264 is good, not 265! codec. Problem is you can see livestream but the the recording file not can play.
