For those who had problem when running "sudo /usr/share/jitsi-meet/scripts/install-letsencrypt-cert.sh" due to "/usr/share/jitsi-meet/scripts/install-letsencrypt-cert.sh: line 75: /usr/bin/certbot: No such file or directory" error try installing certbot first via "sudo apt install -y certbot"

I'm not sure if the FQDN should be the same as your Domain Name . Actually must not be pointing to your DNS or even have your domain name on it . Could be something server.hello.com , that has nothing to do with this domain name .
But since you've mentioned that you're cPanel , i'm not sure if things over there are different .
