The problem I am having is, when you instruct to press rear entertainment, then use the remote in the back seat to choose an app. I have a kid in a rear facing car seat who cannot use a remote, nor can see the screen; however, she loves to listen and sing along. As the driver, while in park, I should be able to set up the rear entertainment screen and play PBS kids for her. But, I have no idea what is being shown on the rear screen to set this up. That's ridiculous.

I play with electronic components for 30 years but I am not able to get my EX-L Navi/RES to have the HDMI to connect to my iPhone, my Nintendo WiiU, nor my Nintendo Switch while they all do work with my TVs at home. Your authorized dealership's service adviser and I together aren't able to get it to work.
